Profile & Career Aspirations

There are hundreds of definitions for leadership. It is one of the most observed concepts on earth, yet little is understood about it. However, one thing is sure; our society would fall apart without good leadership (Daft, 2017). It is the glue that combines different personalities, visions, and cultures of an organization to achieve goals. I have learned many leadership concepts that I have applied successfully to my professional life during the last couple of years. Concepts like conflict resolution, cultural diversity, transformative leadership, and quality initiatives have helped me hone my skills as a leader. In this video and the remainder of my ePortfolio, I will share some additional leadership concepts that I have successfully demonstrated during my career as a sales leader.
